Rent, mortgage, utility and water assistance is now available to Phoenix and surrounding areas for households affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Below are a list of resources. As more services are made available we will be adding them to this page. Please be sure to check back regularly.
City of Phoenix

Financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic | City Services Bill (water) | $300 – City of Phoenix Water bill |
One-time assistance payment for rent or mortgage and utility obligations incurred after March 1, 2020 through December 30, 2020 | Rent or Mortgage | $3,300 – Rent or Mortgage (Households in subsidized housing must have a rental obligation to qualify for rental assistance.) |
Provide proof of lawful presence | The full payment amount listed above will be issued on behalf of each eligible household assisted, as applicable. | |
